Married to her partner and husband, John, since 1970, they enjoy motorcycles, traveling, and relaxing at their cabin on the Skagit River. Rosey Fay Parker grew up locally here in Skagit County. She graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1993 and from Skagit Valley Community College in 2002 through the Paralegal program earning her Associates Degree as a member of Phi Theta Kappa.

She has over seven years experience in the real estate field in many different capacities. After graduating from college, she worked three years as a legal assistant at a local real estate/estate planning attorney. After that, she worked for over four years with a local Real Estate Appraisal office. After taking time off for maternity leave, she decided to work locally with A.R.E. Realty, Inc. Shortly thereafter, she pursued getting her real estate license. In addition to being a licensed realtor, she is also a Notary Public as well as a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and North Puget Sound Association of Realtors. Rosey is very savvy with the computer and online property research and considers herself to be very knowledgeable in short sales and bank owned properties. Mike was born and raised in Skagit County and lived in Skagit County most of his life; except for the 11 years that his family spent in Eastern Washington. After expanding his horizons, he and his family returned home to Burlington in 2004.
